IT Guidelines

Basic guidelines for IT requests & communication

In order to ensure that everyone gets help in a timely manner, we ask that you please follow these guidelines when requesting IT assistance so we can help everyone to our fullest extent!


  • Computer Setup – 3 business days
  • New Employee – Minimum of 5 day notice
  • Office Move – ASAP; CC IT even if what’s being discussed doesn’t pertain to us so it stays on our radar
  • General Troubleshooting – Reply within 3 hours
  • General Requests Outside Business Hours – Unless it involves the total outage of MNT or ITS systems, the request will be replied to start of business the next day (8-5, M-F)
  • Equipment Acquisition – Please send an email to it@minnesota-title.com. You will get a follow-up email when the equipment has been purchased or if there are additional questions. You will then be notified when it arrives.


  • Texting – Only use this in the event of an emergency (total outage of MNT or ITS systems). Email/Teams messages are the preferred methods of communication.
  • Phone – IT can be reached by phone (8-5, M-F). After hours calls should be limited to urgent requests.
