This error occurs when SoftPro Select fails to recognize a username & password combo.
The Fix
- Close out of SoftPro completely
- Hold down the left CTRL key on your keyboard and double click on the SoftPro icon on your desktop
- The screen that comes up should be the Connect to Select Server box. If this doesn’t pop up, close SoftPro and try step 2 again
- In the server box, type the underlined text exactly as shown: http://mntapp:8080
- Now check the Set as default box and then click OK
If everything was entered correctly it should automatically sign you in!
